What We Ate this Week: Monday: Taco boats. I found some taco meat in the freezer and mixed in a can of black beans. We love Ortega Flat bottom taco shells. Tuesday: Cheesy chicken, rice and broccoli casserole , homemade applesauce. I also made homemade chicken stock with the bones. I bake the boats in the oven.
