I had a bag of brussel sprouts I needed to use up today and whipped this salad together in no time. I ate it as soon as I was done taking pictures, but I suggest making it at least 2-3 hours in advance to give the dressing time to wilt and soak into the brussel sprouts. printable recipe follows post).
