Even if you don’t want to use the YMCA for entertainment, your local YMCA will likely have affiliate organizations that they work with that might have something that will pique your interest. My favorite hobbies have fallen into my lap unexpectedly, even if I was a naysayer of the activity. Visit Your Local YMCA. Be Open Minded.

What are your hobbies? It would be hard to have the laid back life we envisioned with both of us working frantically just to pay bills (mostly made of debt.) Funny how that works. Were there arguments during the time you were working on your debt? So I work the budget and spreadsheets. Where are you from?

As a hobby. If you own a material store, you want someone on staff that understands the customers – someone who knows how to sew! If you sell sewing machines, you want to be able to demonstrate how they work to your potential customer and probably offer some classes on how to sew to gain added revenue. Why learn to sew?
