In 2022, I wanted to do a major purge of our home , and that lasted until about January 15 of 2022 when I reorganized our kitchen cabinets. The rest of the snowball went towards other things, such as a new-to-us vehicle, medical expenses, retirement contributions, and home repairs. My basement is still a mess.

2019 Debt Freedom Plan Update

Happy New Year’s 2019: In January 2019, we were down to one final non-mortgage loan, so we created just one financial goal for the year—-to pay off that last non-mortgage debt by December. We have several things that we want to start saving for, such as a car replacement fund, some home repairs/updates, a new camper, and travel.
