I discovered, however, after lifting the chairs into my car to take them home, that they were lightweight and decided that these would not be appropriate for a place where I had multiple paying guests coming through. Last weekend my grown son was home for our autumn family picnic. Paper clips and rubber bands are corralled into containers and re-used multiple times. Old paper from things such as newspapers, magazines, discards from the printer and etc are used at our house to start fires, make notes and for grocery lists.

First find some cute scrapbook paper that goes with your room theme. Print the silhouette on the backside of the scrapbook paper. Put on another piece of paper to serve as the background. So if you can sew this might be another alternative. But, I think the paper way would still be super cute. Cut out your shape.

To keep our kitchen trash can clean, we use either a heavy paper bag or a small plastic bag. If you want to get fancy, draw, paint or sew buttons on it for eyes. My recurring problem, of course, is that the cookie tins seldom come home to be refilled. If you have more time, you can put some wrapping paper around it.
