My daughter loved this so much that she claimed the leftovers for her school lunch. Thankfully, her school can accommodate lunches that need to be heated. Sunday: Clean out the fridge: leftover ziti and other various leftovers. Wednesday: Leftover chicken thighs from Tuesday night and leftover smashed potatoes from Monday night, along with steamed vegetables, and homemade applesauce. Saturday: We had my parents and both of my grandmothers over for dinner. I NEED YOUR HELP!
