After 7 years of renting it to vacationers on a nightly basis, and using it occasionally ourselves, I have decided to let a local company lease it on a yearly basis. I wash all the nick knacks and silk plants and I paint any and all spots that need painting. We own a vacation condo lakefront in the Branson area.

For Goodness Sake, Paint Over Those Murals. Many people will say that they can overlook things like this when they view a house, but if you have an entire wall painted with river streams and the prospects absolutely hate the outdoors, the value of your house just went down. Clap sticks from decorated paint stirrers. Garage sales – I found a guitar for $5.00 once at a garage sale and bought it for my grandson. Musical instrument exchanges – some sites let owners list and buyers browse used instrument sales. We rented our son’s alto saxophone while he took lessons in high school.
