Over the weekend I decided to check out Goodwill since I haven't been thrifting and some time now and was going through major withdrawals. Even before thrift shopping became the "thing" to do, I always loved going to thrift stores and seeing what great bargains I could find. Like I said, this is why I love thrifting!!

I don’t know what it is, but thrift shopping is so draining. I see people refer to stuff they got at Buffalo Exchange as “thrifted”.

Create picture frames, trivets, wall hangings and more with old china. Anywhere you might use glass or tile for mosaic work, replace with broken china.

I am up for one, maybe two stores, and if I don’t find something AMAZING at one of those I am ready to call it a day. It was a couple sizes too big, so for less than $20 I had it tailored.

The icing on the cake was when I was leaving Maine on my way home to Boston, I stopped at this awesome thrift store right before I got to the highway in York. I was so excited when I left the store, I could hardly contain myself. Then I come home and there is a package waiting for me from Target. This place was heaven!!

This bag is a GREAT thrift store score. The bracelet I paid way too much for at Target in Austin last time I went down there for a girls weekend, but I adore it. Too much time spent worrying what could happen. I prefer a tank under strapless dresses for day, and a cardigan over them for night. My ring finger even!
