I would like to ask, how do you freeze cinnamon bread? I let it cool thoroughly, then put it in a plastic bag and stick it in the freezer. If you have a smaller household, you could cut the loaf in half and freeze each half separately; that way you can just get out half a loaf when you want some cinnamon bread. Hi Kristen!
