Sunday I remember that Zoe ate a frozen French bread pizza. So that’s when I switched to the French bread pizza for Zoe. Then I stirred in the cooked couscous along with some red pesto from Aldi, and topped it with the last of a bag of mozzarella from the freezer. But I cannot for the life of me remember what I ate.

I made a use-it-up sandwich I sauteed the last of a purple onion, sliced up the end of the French bread I’d made, added shredded cheese and the last of the Christmas ham (from the freezer, obviously) and made a lunch sandwich for myself. browned in a cast iron pan, weighed down by a second cast-iron pan) So good!

What We Ate Saturday I had three chicken thighs in the freezer, so I thawed them and made bourbon chicken and broccoli over rice. Peanut butter has protein, I don’t use a lot of honey, and I use either 100% whole wheat bread, or Dave’s Killer Bread. This habit is gonna continue. ?

I have a Gallon Size Freezer Bag I use for my bread bag and it is where I store my miscellaneous bread items for my crumbs, until I am ready to process them. I have an herb garden and love to add Oregano or Thyme into my bread crumbs.
