It’s a tight budget and I failed miserably recently, but we have lots of financial goals, so I need to get it back in line. It was a busy night, so we ate leftover baked ziti. I served with a big salad.

Sunday: Leftover lasagna from Saturday. Wednesday: I used the last of the leftover turkey and stock that I saved from Thanksgiving and made Turkey Orzo Soup. Thursday: Much to my family’s dismay, it’s leftover night. One daughter declared, “I hate leftover night!” It was tasty.
