So typically, the only brick-and-mortar store I go to the day after Thanksgiving is a grocery store. Grocery stores are wonderfully empty right after Thanksgiving! Friday We’ve got leftovers, so that’s probably what we will eat tonight. For example, you can buy a $50 Bath and Body Works gift card for $40.

Everyone in my family loves soup, which is awesome considering it is budget friendly, good for you, easy, and a great way to use up leftovers! I threw together this quickie soup last night using leftover chicken and kale! Ingredients: 2 cups leftover chicken. bag at my store, but I easily get 3-4 meals out of one bag.
