Did you make 2023 financial goals ? We decided on one big audacious financial goal for the year, and it’s a doozy! The last time we wrote numbers-driven financial goals was 2019. I cried for days and we celebrated the occasion with a family cruise a few months later. Get out the shovel!

We sent our very last payment to my husband’s student loan in September 2019, the same month I turned 50. We celebrated both occasions with a family cruise that we paid for with cash. Once the time came, as a family, we decided on a cruise over Thanksgiving instead of Disney. If others could knock out debt, we could too.
