It’s a tight budget and I failed miserably recently, but we have lots of financial goals, so I need to get it back in line. I cooked it in my Instant Pot (look for the directions on Monday 10/23/17), and used the meat for Tuesday night’s dinner. Wednesday: leftover night. Note to self: listen to daughter more often!

We used gift cards on 3 nights, ate leftovers on 1 night, and grilled burgers on the last night. One of the gift cards was given to us TWO years ago for Christmas. The restaurant isn’t exactly kid-friendly and we were waiting for the right time to use. These wristlets were never used. We want to be debt free.
