We should expect more, not less, from our daughters and granddaughters in the work arena. At the same time, we have to establish different expectations on the home front for our sons and grandsons. We must have the same or similar career expectations for our daughters as we do for our sons. Addressing the gender pay gap at home.

In 2022, I wanted to do a major purge of our home , and that lasted until about January 15 of 2022 when I reorganized our kitchen cabinets. …enter 2023 We have not one, but two teenage high school daughters. We want to assist our daughters with their college expenses. My basement is still a mess. Track our Success!

Aside from a health concern with one of my daughters , 2017 was a great year, however, I was distracted by non-necessities, so my overall theme for 2018 is to use my time more wisely on the people and things that are important to me. I usually leave for work around 8:30 after my youngest daughter gets on the bus. 6) Family night.

Since my youngest two children were born, I’ve been a stay at home mom. My kids like watching the other kids exercise and feel motivated. My daughter loves yoga. I Exercised at Home for 25 Years and So Can You! At that point, all I wanted to do was crawl into bed with a good book.

Let’s face it, we are human: we forget stuff, make mistakes and we lose interest and motivation very quickly.
