Saturday : I made a double batch of Ham & Bean Soup using Ham Hocks. Sunday: Leftover ham & bean soup, homemade applesauce. Tuesday: Roasted pork chops, potatoes, and green beans and homemade applesauce. Use a rimmed baking sheet, add potatoes and green beans that you coated with olive oil and seasoning salt.
