The garage is detached but also bermed along that same back wall. There is a breezeway/porch between the house and the garage. Good thing we have that emergency fund because this won’t be cheap to fix. Last week, we noticed that the corner of the porch, by the house along the back wall was leaking when it rained.

I have made a pact with myself that if I don’t already own something that I need, I will either: make do with what I have, find said item at a thrift store, borrow, or forget about it. I want to go through our basement, closets, and garage to look for unused items that we can sell. I think I’ll survive.
