2 Additional Goals: If we save the $10k early, we’d like to work on the following 2 goals. I want to go through our basement, closets, and garage to look for unused items that we can sell. We work hard and really relish our time away and most of the trips we have planned for 2018 will involve our pop-camper. 2017 Update.

Aside from the mortgage, we also added equipment and renovation loans with the purchase, and we had a student loan. This side hustle income was mainly used for the fun stuff, such as camping, home renovations & repairs, and needs for our kids. Also, the monthly mortgage payment was less than our rent payment.
