What If We All Only Had One Child?

I come from a family of three children, though one of my brothers died as an infant and the other died in his twenties. My son was 4.5 years old before his first sister was born, so we did have a (brief) taste of raising an only child. When we only had one child, our family could have a smaller car and a smaller apartment.

If they ever stop making Pepperidge Farm stuffing or Jimmy Dean sausage we will be one VERY unhappy family as they are the 2 key ingredients to our stuffing. As people have joined the family it seems that the number of carb dishes has risen significantly. My sister-in-law is neutral. First it was just stuffing and dinner rolls.
