Monday: I never made the baked ziti last weekend like I thought I would, so I made it on Monday, because I knew I would need leftovers on Tuesday night. It was a busy night, so we ate leftover baked ziti.

When I got home, I washed the apples in some vinegar water and made my first batch of homemade sugar-free applesauce of the season. We ate leftovers. The dinner turned out pretty delicious.
