Sunday This was the day I had the squash soup/homemade crouton combo, in an effort to clean out my freezer. Tuesday We had too many leftovers in the fridge (happens in a jiffy with just two people!), Zoe had the rest of her sushi burrito, and I had the rest of the butternut squash soup, along with some more homemade croutons.

Tuesday I sauteed the rest of the chicken tenderloins and used them in a green salad, with homemade croutons on top. I love homemade croutons; they make a salad 10 times better, at least! I saw some leftover angel hair pasta in the fridge, so I took that out, added some half and half and some red pesto, plus some asparagus.
