The Frugal Girl

Monday I found a package of chicken tenderloins in the freezer, so I thawed them and then seasoned and sauteed half of them. Tuesday I sauteed the rest of the chicken tenderloins and used them in a green salad, with homemade croutons on top. I also made a green salad. I think we just had some fruit on the side.

Monday I found a small package of ground beef in the freezer along with some homemade burger buns so…we had burgers for dinner, topped with Swiss cheese. Thursday I found two chicken thighs in the freezer, so I salted them for a few hours, pan-sauteed them, and sliced them on top of a green salad with various veggies.
