What I Spent So I went to pull together my grocery spending for the week and I realized that it’s all quick trips to Safeway. Sunday Leftover sandwiches; they’re great reheated in the toaster oven on the air-fryer setting. Wednesday Leftover chicken quesadillas. We had some raw veggies and fruit on the side.

Monday: Sadly, all trips must come to an end and we spent several hours on Memorial Day traveling home. After dinner, we watched the fireworks over the American falls.
