Some ideas for the leftovers: Use it as a topping for nachos. Combine all of the ingredients in a slow cooker and cook on low for 6 hours. At 5 ½ hours, stir well and cook for another half hour. The crock pot stock technique can also be done with the leftovers from roasted chicken , roasted turkey , and I have even done it with the rotesserie chickens from the grocery store. If you have leftover pork, my favorite way to use it up is in pork fried rice ! If you don’t like mustard, you could swap it out for barbecue sauce and make a sweet, barbecue type glaze. Pork loins vary in size, so you may have to adjust the cooking time.

You can store any leftovers in the refrigerator for up to three days. Macaroni and cheese is always best served immediately while the sauce is still hot and creamy.
