Five dollars divided by 180 times = 3 cents per dishwasher use AND I have a lot leftover in the box. Thrifty Finds in February: I try to hit up my favorite thrift store at least once a month. I have saved so much over the years by looking at thrift stores or yard sales first before trying a regular retail store for our needs.

Use reusable containers with lids rather than plastic wrap and aluminum foil to store leftovers. Use reusable grocery bags, rather than the plastic bags to cart your groceries home from the store. Eat those leftovers! I have a good friend who hates leftovers and throws any away after a meal. That’s crazy!
