We did Thankful Thursday on Thanksgiving, and today we’re doing WIS, WWA on Black Friday. Sunday I had eaten a late lunch so I don’t think I even actually ate an official dinner. I had enough tomatoes to make a batch of my Roasted Red Plum Tomato Sauce for the freezer. My butternut plant yielded nine beautiful squashes.
