In September 2019, my husband and I accomplished our biggest financial goal in our almost 20 years of marriage. In September 2001, we bought a 1700 square foot home with a one-car garage and ONE full bathroom. My husband drives a 2012 Nissan that we bought used in 2017 to replace a 2001 Honda Civic. Small home = Low Expenses.
