In previous years, I would create a long list of financial goals, only to have little accomplished by the end of the December. I almost stopped writing goals down altogether. In 2018, we decided to focus on just 2 main financial goals and before I share my 2019 goals I thought I would give you a recap on 2018.

We ran the numbers of the purchase and they looked great on paper, but paper doesn’t account for a new server, a roof leak, unexpected medical bills, and other calamities. To ease my anxiety about our new loans, we took the Financial Peace University home course and it changed how we thought about debt. Our 2019 Financial Goal.

So will 2019 be any different for me? My word for 2019 is REDUCE. Our main financial goal is to pay off our last non-mortgage loan. It was a goal in 2018, but high medical bills and other financial challenges hindered our progress. My plan is for 2019 to be different. Share it in the comments.

One month down for 2019. How did you do with your financial goals in January? We have only one financial goal for 2019 and we made some progress in January. It was a great feeling to make that payment, and to continue the momentum I want to double down on our financial goal.

We made one big financial goal for 2019 and are striving and working hard to make progress. We started the year with a great January and made some progress with our goal, so to continue the momentum, I wanted to double down on our financial goal and be very mindful with our finances. In September 2019, my husband and I accomplished our biggest financial goal in our almost 20 years of marriage. When that loan was paid off, we put that full amount towards the third loan and this continued until September 2019. Years ago, our cable bill doubled in price. The Heavy Hitters: 1.
