Monday: Tacos. I browned 2 lbs of turkey and used my homemade taco seasoning. My plan was to put half of the seasoned taco meat in the freezer, but the kids liked the tacos so much that ate them throughout the week for their afternoon snacks. It might be a central PA thing, but we LOVE it. It really is our favorite meal!

I browned meat, using my homemade taco seasoning and layered chips, meat, cheese, chopped onions, and tomatoes on a large rimmed baking sheet.
