Last week I was having a conversation with an acquaintance who just moved to Central Park Towers, a luxury building right on Central Park West in Manhattan, i.e. my dream location… if I had a million dollars. My therapist says it’s best for my mental health. Me: Maybe a cheaper building? Me: Could you get a roommate?

The journey started in 2012 when we bought an office building for our business and then found ourselves with a lot of debt and not enough cash flow. Our 2019 Financial Goal. We can now move on to other financial goals. We switched to a health sharing ministry that helped reduce our monthly premiums.

How we got to six figures of non-mortgage debt: In the summer of 2012, we found an opportunity to purchase an office building for our small business. Health Sharing Ministry. Short-term accounts could be checking, cash savings accounts, health savings accounts, and emergency savings. Having everything on one page made our money discussions much easier.
