I cried for days and we celebrated the occasion with a family cruise a few months later. In 2020, our financial goals were to read, research, and understand both college and retirement planning. Our oldest is a junior in high school and college becomes reality in the fall of 2024. College is crazy expensive right now.

Our daughter was accepted into the Disney College Program and will be checking in the first week of September. Although she’ll be busy with all with all sorts of fun Disney College stuff, we’re hoping to see her as much as possible. But that’s not all… my awesome husband TOTALLY surprised me with a CRUISE!!!

We celebrated both occasions with a family cruise that we paid for with cash. Once the time came, as a family, we decided on a cruise over Thanksgiving instead of Disney. Start college funds for our two girls. Once the time came, we settled on a family cruise and had a fantastic time. I cried for two days–lol!

If we re-installed a paved surface driveway, the county assessor would no doubt cruise by and decide to raise our property taxes – at least according to my spouse! Ice doesn’t sheet up as much as it does on a paved surface, also providing better traction. Gravel Doesn’t Cause The County to Raise Our Property Taxes.

I got into minimalist content in high school, and somehow found Dave Ramey through there just before I went to college. My college education. The interim dean introduced me to the internship at that college that led to my current career. In college, I made the decision to stop wearing makeup (for a variety of reasons).
