Personally, budgeting has allowed us to control of our money, reach financial goals, and start planning for our dream life. I discovered the term, Zero-Based Budget, when my husband and I took Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University home course many years ago. Another way to think of a budget is a spending plan.
