2019 Debt Freedom Plan Update

Our 2019 Financial Goal. Happy New Year’s 2019: In January 2019, we were down to one final non-mortgage loan, so we created just one financial goal for the year—-to pay off that last non-mortgage debt by December. We can now move on to other financial goals. 1st Update in June 2014.

Post Holiday Lifestyle Detox

I am embarrassed to say that I now know a couple of commercials off by heart and can sing an unfortunate corporate jingle that I didn’t know before December 10th. Financial Detox. I have not put a dime into my savings accounts for over a month. This has demotivated me big time.

Medi-Share Update: One Year Later

On the spreadsheet below, you’ll see that the December bills were quite high. We had high deductible health plans from 2004 – 2016 and contributed many years to a health savings account. We used those funds to pay for our medical bills in 2017 and that account is now depleted and closed.
