Clothing Bags If you donate clothing to your local thrift stores , then these bags can help you out. Many times, people use trash bags to transport used clothing, but grocery bags will work as well.

Concentrated products often require less packaging, resulting in less energy to transport it to the store and less plastic to recycle. We also save containers from items and reuse them for storage at a later time. For example, if we buy ice cream in a tub, I save the tub to freeze homemade stock at a later date. Go rechargeable.

Donate good clothing you really can’t use to a non-profit and bank the tax deduction. Use the life out of all your appliances, but save up enough money to replace them quickly if they are nearing the end of their lifespan. If you can’t afford a car, use public transportation. Use up your food. Go Frugal Go Green'

Participate in local food drives and donations and involve your kids in your actions. You can make it fun for you kids by running a household scavenger hunt in which you reward you children for finding household items to donate, such as clothes, toys, books, old appliances, and canned goods.
