In previous years, I would create a long list of financial goals, only to have little accomplished by the end of the December. I almost stopped writing goals down altogether. In 2018, we decided to focus on just 2 main financial goals and before I share my 2019 goals I thought I would give you a recap on 2018.

We celebrated both occasions with a family cruise that we paid for with cash. During our debt payoff mode, we camped and went on beach trips with extended family, but never left the country…honestly, we never left the east coast. Once Non-Mortgage Debts are paid, cash flow a FAMILY TRIP TO DISNEY. Update: DONE Sept 2019!!

Tell us about you and your family. We have a family of 4. We love to shoot photos and videos and focus on family and a healthy marriage. We obviously love Dave Ramsey and financial teachings so we help to teach those classes at our church one night a week. We teach FPU, we lead friends and family.

Our daughter is 24 and was adopted from Eastern Europe when she was one week short of a year old. We consider her our “bonus kid” and our family is extremely close. Aside from those exceptions, we did all the work ourselves and with the help of family. We didn’t start a family until we were married for almost 15 years.)
