My husband and I have four kids ranging from age 3-8, and I am a stay-at-home mom. We knew that I would likely not be working full time much longer as we wanted to start a family, so we chose a house that was in a low price range and got a 15-year mortgage. Tell us a little about yourself Hello!

Do you see other bloggers making a full-time income from their site and wonder, “how do they do that?” Now both of my kids are in school full time and even though my hours at our business have increased, I am making a commitment to spread my mission of helping families with their finances and grow FBS.

Of course it’s something one does out of love, but I am quickly realizing how difficult it can be managing these responsibilities, both in terms of my time, and also my emotions and my finances. But a more active medical care solution may be required at some point, necessitating part or even full-time caregiving.

Here something about me that many don’t know…Nearly four years ago, I was working full time in Corporate Finance. I enjoyed my job, but the long hours were becoming longer and my family time was becoming shorter. But, I’m sure you’ve heard plenty of stories about sites that are not safe for kids.
