Next week’s groceries will be cheaper. What We Ate Saturday I ate dinner with a friend, and Zoe had leftover pizza when she got back from work. Tuesday Leftover chicken in a sandwich form for me, ramen for Zoe after her work shift. But of course, it’s not like I need to go to Sam’s Club every week.

I can only be pressed about so many things at one time, and right now, my grocery spending is not it. My lunch leftovers were at least 25% better than the original dish. Wednesday Leftover chicken katsu, freshly fried, because I employed the trick of breading all the chicken but not frying all of it the first night.

What We Ate Saturday Leftover chicken noodle soup , and I again added cream to mine. Also, I took the suggestion from one of you and added my leftover tortellini to the soup. Tuesday Zoe and I ate together, but we had different things; she had a grilled cheese and tomato soup, and I had leftover chili plus a cheese quesadilla.

Wednesday We had enough leftovers to make cooking unnecessary, which was handy because I had an evening lab (Where we learned all about how to insert catheters and administer enemas.
