WIS, WWA | $149 and I’m not pressed

The Frugal Girl

My lunch leftovers were at least 25% better than the original dish. Monday I made some chicken noodle soup, using up my rotisserie chicken broth, the last of the celery, and some carrots. Two words we do not tend to use for leftover fried chicken!) I think Sonia and I got it all figured out, though.

WIS, WWA | with an attitude report

The Frugal Girl

So we just bought everything we were going to try on, then went home and had a big try-on session at my house, which honestly was probably more fun than using the Target fitting rooms. Tuesday Zoe had some pizza leftovers, and I ate leftover salad, but this time I dumped the last crumbs from a Doritos bag on my salad, and that was 10/10.

Prairie Eco-Thrifter

At my previous job, I had no problem with bringing my lunch every day to work. My co-workers were all the brown-bagging type, and nobody really took a proper lunch break. Prairie Eco-Thrifter

Sure, there are days when you go out for a nice meal with co-workers or pay for the school lunch on pizza day, but when I think back to my school days I fondly remember those brown paper bags. Just stop using disposables.

Saving Money by Taking Your Own Lunches to Work

Prairie Eco-Thrifter

If you work out how much you’re spending on work lunches in the average work week, you might be surprised to know just how much money is being frittered away. You can save money by taking your own lunches to work and depending on what you’ve previously been grabbing in your lunch break, it might be a lot healthier too.

WIS, WWA | Black Friday

The Frugal Girl

Sunday I had eaten a late lunch so I don’t think I even actually ate an official dinner. Friday We’ve got leftovers, so that’s probably what we will eat tonight. Obviously, you could give the gift card as a gift, but you could also use it as you buy Christmas gifts. I love blueberry pancakes!
