Wednesday Leftover chicken katsu, freshly fried, because I employed the trick of breading all the chicken but not frying all of it the first night.

Since I was stuck at home, I made my Ham Hock & Bean soup that needs to simmer for a few hours. We ate leftover ham & bean soup, kielbasa, and whatever we felt like eating. Tuesday: I made Burrito Bowls using leftovers from Monday night. Thursday : Pork tenderloin wraps with leftovers from Wednesday night.
