Thrifty Finds: Brand Names, Dirt Cheap

Family Balance Sheet

I stopped by my two favorite thrift stores last week: Salvation Army & Community Aid, a local store. I only go on Wednesdays, because both stores offer an additional 50% off on almost everything. What We Ate this Week is BACK! 08.28.15

Family Balance Sheet

Our dinners this week: Sunday: I grilled chicken tenders and served with corn on the cob, watermelon and cheap, but tasty garlic bread. So per my daughter’s request, I made Burrito Bowls and there was just enough left for me to have one for lunch on Wednesday. I store them in the freezer and heat up in the microwave.

Best Things to Buy in January 2017 : Smart Shopper Reference

Coupons Do Work

In fact, next year, I will write a note that reads “wait until January for your gift because things will be super cheap” and place it in the biggest box I can find… Okay I won’t do that…it is a good thought, no? I took my daughter to Justice on Black Friday. And that is how it was for this year.
