It’s Frugal Friday: 10/28/16

How We Saved this Week: All of the meat that I used this week for my menu was from the markdown section of the grocery store. After shaking off some laziness, I got back in the habit of using my favorite cash back grocery apps and was able to transfer $20 from ibotta to my checking account. Drive him, then get back to get my daughter ready for school. Had to work today so I worked at my real job until 4 when my daughter gets home. As soon as my daughter gets home, leave to pick up my stepson at the bus stop. Get home, and get my daughter ready for bed. Get home, have to take hubby to work.

We scrambled to research new plans, but after 11 years with the same company we were out of the loop regarding the insurance landscape at that time.
