Every year, Giant Food Stores of PA has a FREE turkey promotion that I always take advantage of. I will take advantage of that deal too and send the turkey to the food bank. If you have a freezer, roast the turkey immediately and freeze the cooked meat in 2 cup portions for future meals. I store mine in 32 oz glass jars.
