Monday: Leftover night! It’s a large recipe and covered us for 2 dinners and a couple of lunches for myself. I batch cooked 4 bone-in chicken breasts in the slow cooker and used some of the chicken and the stock that the chicken made during the cooking. My family was not thrilled, but we need to reduce our food waste.
