I can only be pressed about so many things at one time, and right now, my grocery spending is not it. My lunch leftovers were at least 25% better than the original dish. Tuesday I sauteed the rest of the chicken tenderloins and used them in a green salad, with homemade croutons on top. I saw some leftover angel hair pasta in the fridge, so I took that out, added some half and half and some red pesto, plus some asparagus. I love homemade croutons; they make a salad 10 times better, at least!
