I would like to ask, how do you freeze cinnamon bread? If you have a smaller household, you could cut the loaf in half and freeze each half separately; that way you can just get out half a loaf when you want some cinnamon bread. Also, you can slice the bread up before freezing it; that makes it very easy to grab just a slice or two.
