We went out to dinner to our favorite seafood restaurant with a gift card that we received for Christmas in 2013! Sunday: Freezer leftovers. I’ve become more diligent about putting uneaten leftovers in the freezer. I used cooked chicken that I had in the freezer. I’m not sure what took us so long.

Sunday: I am becoming better at putting leftovers in the freezer if we are not going to eat them in time before they go bad. It is so nice to have options in the freezer for nights that I just don’t feel like cooking. Wednesday: I used leftover taco meat from Monday night to make Burrito Bowls. We also ate strawberries.
