The repeated defrosting cycles tend to cause freezer burn on foods pretty quickly, so I try not to keep things in my kitchen freezer for long at all. I drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and/or other seasonings and roast at 350 until cooked through, approximately 20+ minutes, it depends on the types of foods I’m roasting. I simmered for hours and had more homemade chicken stock. I like to keep homemade stock in the freezer. Cook Once, Eat Many Times!
