I used grape tomatoes that I found in the freezer. I used one of my cast iron skillets to brown boneless pork chops and my other cast iron skillet to roast red potatoes in the oven. This week’s breakfasts, lunches, and snacks: For breakfast we ate cereal, frozen waffles, eggs & bagels. We ate dinner from a food truck.
