Do you need to replace the doors or would a fresh coat of paint suit you? I scouted for tiles as I went to garage sales for other items and was lucky enough to find not only a big lot of beautiful travertine tiles, but also two very usable Kohler bath faucets – for which we bought one replacement part off the Kohler repair site.

We rented the scaffolding for $50 from Menards so I could finish this massive painting project. When the gym re-opened, they offered a remote option (basically a video of that day’s workout) and the membership would be half the cost of the in-person option. I also smiled when I saw you painting high up in the foyer.

I quit my job to focus on my own stuff (blogging, painting, rental property, my iPhone app, writing Kindle books, etc.). We also went through multiple job losses, surgeries, huge car repairs, etc. We both like to read, play Ingress, and do various other geeky things. It’s awesome to (FINALLY!) to a high of maybe $80,000/year.
