In previous years, I would create a long list of financial goals, only to have little accomplished by the end of the December. I almost stopped writing goals down altogether. In 2018, we decided to focus on just 2 main financial goals and before I share my 2019 goals I thought I would give you a recap on 2018.

Our 2019 Financial Goal. Happy New Year’s 2019: In January 2019, we were down to one final non-mortgage loan, so we created just one financial goal for the year—-to pay off that last non-mortgage debt by December. We can now move on to other financial goals. 1st Update in June 2014.

We have new financial goals for this year. While we made considerable headway in 2015 with reducing our debts, we missed our goal of paying off a loan by the end of the year. Instead of December, we now should have it paid off by the end of this February. What are your financial goals for 2016?

Our main financial goal is to pay off our last non-mortgage loan. It was a goal in 2018, but high medical bills and other financial challenges hindered our progress. Two things have happened recently that encouraged me to think about environmental changes I can make in my life. My word for 2019 is REDUCE.
